tears of healing
tears of grief
not the downpour of long ago
but a gentle summer rain.
the sun now shines.
ten years today,
heaven’s heart crashed down.
ten years to today,
their hearts still know.
before 10 years,
i did not see.
a dim reflection today
of hope learning.
