You know, I grew up here and I would say that I fight being patriotic. For one reason, I hate the whole idea of war. For another, patriotism is often handled with a religious fervor. However, there are moments like the Veteran’s day Parades and other such events that just kind of sneaks up on me and I can’t help myself.

my arm is still swollen and red today …. I have two little rows of red spots from my wrist almost to my elbow on my arm — I stopped back in to make sure that all was good with it still so red and swollen — she said? “honey that’s how allergic you are” …? good to know eh???? The medicine she has given me has made drastic difference –? so I have hope — she’s really good.?
