The doc has spoken.
So in addendum to the Thursday night Therapy post … Christy, a.k.a. the doc (in Alaska – I know, how cool is that – she’s all that and a bag of chips), who specializes somewhat in "physical" pain at least … sent me an email adding that
The only place we were ever safe without a pain warning system was the Garden of Eden. And as much as I’d love to go back to that place where pain was unnecessary, I know that is not reality, that is not God’s plan to go backwards… so onward we move.
Through the pain, to life on the other side.
I love that I have friends so much wiser than I 🙂
